If we were able to actually focus on doing our jobs. If we were not constantly distracted by things that have nothing to do with us or our roles. If we only had to deal with what we're supposed to do, instead of having to deal with office politics and other policies that only sidetrack us from our main goal. Just imagine what we could achieve.

Once you learn your job and actually become a competent worker and good at your job no office junk will affect you.
Stop prancing around trying to play office politics and buckle down clown, suck it up buttercup, get a rake snowflake, learn your job and do it, that's what you are paid for.
It seems like it will probably take you many years to become good at your job and learn that you are paid to work, but the sooner you start the quicker you will learn...
