@1kbo if you actually bother to read the article, the ruling was only to allow a state level case to run its normal appeals process. Other state level cases have already been granted temporary stays. The Federal employee EO has also been stopped pending review.
On the other hand, the Federal EOs look to fall in November and the OSHA rule will likely never be issued. Now that is winning!!

If even 1/3 of the population won't play the "no jab, no job game", 1/3 of the economy evaporates overnight. And so does 1/3 of the payroll tax. That 1/3 will then be on the government dole. Simply stated, the temporary judicial order from Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly only allows that department of defense civilian and active duty military members will not be fired while they waiting on rulings on their religious exemptions. It has nothing to do with removing the mandate.
