How many exemptions have actually been approved? If you have or haven't been approved, let everyone here know (yes/no and religious/medical), so we can get a general idea of where Honeywell stands with or against its employees.

i can't speak for anyone by my team, but the 2 that asked for the extension got it, it took about a week to get an answer. we will see what happens new year

The question of if you don’t take any of these over the counter or prescription medicines and that you agree to not take any of you get an exemption is unlawful. The only requirement is that your belief is sincerely held and the employer has a right to see if you PAST was consistent to establish your sincerity. In fact they have the burden to prove it is. I was asked by HON's HR if I wanted to provide a 3rd party letter with my religious exemption from.
I responded with," Requesting a 3rd party letter is a violation under Title 7 of the Freedom of religion act.
HoneyHell-666 has been asking those who oppose jabs that were developed, produced, or tested using aborted baby tissue to become "re-educated" on dr-gs like tylenol, tums, etc, that they say are the same as the Covid jabs. My spouse, who works in healthcare, got this same propaganda form that is making the rounds of corporate America. Once the obvious lie was pointed out, they approved the exemption.
Of course, this is beyond ludicrous as most of those listed were developed decades before ab-----n even became legal. If there was further testing done later on with fetal tissue, that does not make them tainted from their inception. A supplemental questionnaire on top of the 10 pages of questions we already had to submit?? I know people who work for Siemens and the VA who only had to check a box stating they are religiously exempt from taking the vaccine. No questions asked - all approved. Honeywell is being extremely intrusive.
I agree. I got a supplemental questionaire too... they're fishing for excuses to refuse exemptions. I have not heard of anyone getting approved yet.
I wonder if the upper execs and board members are being forced to vax, or at least given a choice (unlike us)! We have to prove, but they don't, so how do we know backdoor deals aren't being made? Exec put out video the other day, clearly filmed from the workplace, and guess what - NO GREEN LANYARD. (which is required for those that have taken the shot). Just like Congress is not required - this is clearly discrimination at its finest!!!
Got a response from HR asking further questions for them to ensure I have a sincere religious belief. I do, but contacting and employment lawyer before I respond. I can see where this is going. Entrapment. have friends that work for another Aerospace Contractor and they only have 2 questions and everyone getting approved. Seems like Honeywell is trying to force true Christian’s out.
@uim and resistance from your doctor when it came to signing the form?
I know plenty of people with exemptions already. Of course the actual law mandating hasn’t passed and all of it is just busy work.
