They screwed a bunch of people out of severance. By offering them another position in the club, they can say well you don’t get it now because we offered you some thing.

12 weeks maximum payout now
It used to be 1 week of pay for every year of service. Now it's 12 weeks maximum. Just another way for the company to sc--w you. Oh and the moderators which are run by walmart will delete this post shortly because they want to control every narrative on this site
1 weeks pay for every year you’ve been there. They will deduct any leave of absence time.
Most companies it's 1 week pay per year of employment.
i do not know about now but it used to be one week pay for every year you been there...
