Be nice if they make up their minds. Here in IL first email on OCT 12th everyone needed vax by Dec 8th. Then day later OCT 13th during tier meetings oh wait only some sites need it? Then email on OCT 22nd no no all site need get it. Sucky part some were on vtime and didnt see email until following week and hum cutting into time frame for the vax when needed. Wow cant that get anything done right?

We all know how Honeywell would likely do "education & counseling". A 10 minute online training course with an "agree/disagree" button at the end. The results will be educate, motivate and terminate if not in compliance.
