Only people happy in my club is the fresh leads with there nice raise, our tire department lead told me he was about to quit next week before the new promotion and how he has worked to the bone with all these special orders and promotions and being understaffed, and he only got 19 dollars, even the bakery lead makes more them him and he been with the company 20 years and the bakery lead less then a year, and im a tire tech and i see all he has to do and the fresh lead be in back room talking and having a great time, i find it crazy and none of the guys willing to step up as a lead in tires after he quit for 19 dollars after seeing what he go thru, its only 2 dollars more then we make, and aint worth the stress

He sounds a little lazy, and whiny. Also a little to much time on his hands if he's watching what bakery does. Sounds like a prime opportunity for you to step up once he leaves.
