Fight Back. The vaccine "mandate" is a mandate, not a law. You have specific rights under Title VII--which IS black letter law.
Above all, whatever happens, do not quit. If you get "let go," do not sign anything that will waive your rights.
Once this gets to the supreme court, what will follow is the largest class-action suit for discrimination/wrongful termination in U.S. history.
