Can Stankey and Kilar save Holloywood?

It looks like much of Hollywood could shut down due to a strike. The actors union is looking to adjust or shorten the hours for filming. The union is also very unhappy with record studio profits and would like the studios to share a portion of those record profits with the actors. Can Stankey, the Hollywood know it all, and WM CEO Jason Kilar save Hollywood? If they succeed what will be their share/vig for doing so?

JS knows the film industry better than anyone (or so he says). So he will save it about as well as he saves face.

The power has shifted from employers to employees. More companies are finding that employees are sick and tired of working for mere peanuts. All while the companies make record profits. The executives make more money in one year than the average employee makes in a lifetime. Strikes will become more common as workers place demands on leadership for better working conditions and more money.

Stank's got it covered. He's working up a contingency plan to outsource to Bollywood.

Um, NO! In fact with Kelloggs, John Deere, Hollywood all going on strike for better wages, can T employees and their unions be next in line?
