How do we get started with unionizing

I need some help getting started with union organizing. Suggestions on who to contact and how to start? My circle has presence in Minnesota, Florida, and Kansas. Time to quit with the anonymous stuff and put names on cards.
Look at the news. I never thought I would say this but times are changing and workers need representation. Bad mandates are not even the tiniest tip of the problems.

Oh, I see now. All this brigading ranking comments and fomenting discontent is part of a union organizing drive. Unions will not prevent you from having to take the vaccination. The only things being in a union will guarantee you is layoff by seniority and that you will pay union dues. Most of the old timers that would have benefited the most are already gone. The X-ers and Zoomers will not care. I'm not against unions but your timing is many years to late.

Remember that Southwest and American are our customers. No customers = ? Some of you do not sound like Honeywell employees. Maybe Communists or anarchists? You don't want to ki-l the goose that laid the golden egg. Golden geese are in short supply.

Some good news on the union front. So far today South.west has over 700 flights cancelled/delayed and American 350. Police, fire, EMS unions ready to walk starting this week in blue urban areas. Let the blue areas burn...

Hey, if unions were not so prone to corruption, and members could control their dues going to which political party, I could go for this. As is, the teacher's unions and big labor played the biggest part in giving us the current and most disastrous regime in US history.

Emails sent. Let's see what they return.
Thanks for links.

Many analysts are saying that the low labor participation we see today is in fact a massive "strike" no union required.

Place to start is the NAtion Labor Relations Board website. They explain everything and provide sample communications that explain what is protected by law. Keep everything on your own time and out of work areas. Document, document, document. If a manager or other leader speaks negatively to you about it note time place and any attempted threat or intimidation. Honestly that stuff is inevitable and actually helps groups come together.
Honeywell will soon organize the anti union seminars and begin person to person calls from leaders. This is borderline illegal intimidation tactics. Reprisal for organizing is illegal.
Sign me up. Clearwater.
Ps: health care benefits to match other local companies are my priority.

We can get started, but if we don't make a stand here and now on our own there will be no time to unionize and negotiate a contract before tens of thousands are looking to work elsewhere and parts of Aero are offloaded.
