Why not start your own company and hire the millions who plan to walk out with you in Dec and compete with honeywell, boeing and the rest of the companies you no longer want to work for anyway. You will have an awesome group of cohorts to compete

Business conduct, what is that? After 13 yrs with HW Aero, I realized that there is zero ethics or any kind of business conduct. MM makes the rules and what he says goes and if anyone disagrees with him, he will justify it sometime and then move on. This guy is clueless and the least self aware person at HW aero. He is aware that he is padding his pockets off the backs of his employees.
To all the folks on this site, keep the posts going. This string is evidence that leaders and HR pay attention and assess risks. Not that they will ever do anything about it. Never go to this site on a company computer because you will be punished severely. In my days in GS&I, this site got a lot of attention from Sr leaders. It's kinda funny because other companies do not have this much traffic and that kinda tells you something.....don't ya think MM and HR followers. I wish all of you left behind the best, but I can tell you with certainty, the grass is very much greener.
I am sure that a lot of folks may do exactly and will never like Honeywell. However, in the meantime, why don’t you convey our message to DA to follow the published code of conduct (https://www.honeywell.com/content/dam/honeywell/files/code-of-conduct/Code_of_Business_Conduct_2018_English%20pdf.pdf ) and not try to be an as----e.
