Management at Aero Olathe Cedar Creek

How do you think the managers will be for the fourth quarter?
Will they go back to daily overtime?
Seems like a lot of employees are quitting once their relocation contract expired.

Discuss concerns with what HR? Want to find him? He's usually behind closed doors with a bottle in hand.
Everyone does what they want anyways - and when a concern is brought up, he gets mad you even bothered him.

Overtime should be overpaid. 3x the pay. Otherwise why bother?

Captain Bligh is sequestered in his cabin now, planning for the offloading of Cedar Creek in Q1 of 2022. That is why a senior manager left last week. It will likely start sooner since approx. 130 worker bees have rejected the jab mandates. I know of 5 employees who left in the last week and 7 more who will be announcing once their 401k match is complete. Entire upstairs is a ghost town along with the old R&O area. Cafe and gym long gone. Morale has been in the $hitter for long time and continues to swirl down the toilet.

No longer get paid for OT? Keep working to support your “free stuff” citizens moving up from the South.

Given the number of rifs and quits from that site I am surprised anyone is left. Waste of space. Old products with no support from engineering. Should be boxed up and put out of its dark empty misery. Is the upstairs still completely vacant?
