Does HON have a replacement plan?

Does HON have a plan to replace all people who will refuse to receive jab and who will eventually refuse to receive booster doses in the future if necessary?
I may be wrong, but I don't think it would be a very small number of people who would need to be replaced...

@5sA I agree, this is a once in a life time opportunity for Honeywell to get rid of the d-mbest individuals of the company.
I am sure the individuals who end up leaving or will be terminated because of this, are not anywhere near top performers. This will be a great thing for Honeywell in the long run.

Some thoughts for OP. If they're smart, they've crunched the numbers and prepped a plan already. Recall all the succession planning over the past 12-18 months, for example. But I'd bet prime oath is to call bluff hoping attrition isn't as severe as some would think. Steady paychecks and uncertainty are powerful factors in keeping people on board. For the near term, they'll also have the luxury of huge # applicants seeking greener pastures. This attrition/hiring equation is likely to end up a fairly balanced one, but I'd bet certain hedges are in place to cover any near-term remainders.

It's less than 1% that are refusing. So if you think that you're that irreplaceable and want to "stick it to your employer" go for it. You are in fact replaceable
