Stankey does not support diversity or equal opportunity

Stankey should be forced to provide FTTP to black and Hispanic lower income neiborhoods. HSI is vital to these people for education, online Dr. visits, and employment opportunities. He likes to pound his chest about giving minorities a leg up, however, not giving these minority neighborhoods FTTP is a real life injustice to them. I could care less about his ROI, he's been enjoying a monopoly in these neiborhoods for years.

It unfair if you exclude poor rural communities like Pulaski County, Illinois where the population is 64% Caucasain and 23% live below the poverty level with a per capitive income of about $18,000 per year. Shouldnt they also have "HSI...for education, online Dr. visits, and employment opportunities."

OP's statment "however, not giving these minority neighborhoods FTTP is a real life injustice to them" attempts to make T responsible for resolving inequity that has resulted from governmental inadequacy. Politics by local leaders has much more to do with low income communities that any one single business. The total of Chicago's collected property taxes average divided by 50 wards would equal about $250 million per ward. Do you think low income wards receive anywhere near 10% of that? No way. That's the problem.

What rock do you live under? FTTN and FTTP were and are getting built in the lowest income towns first in Illinois.
