AT&T is a $hit show - change my mind. From internal politics, how we are advised to deliver service and our poor direction with customers - whew! Dwindling Stock price reflects it all.

I am saddened how low AT&T service level has fallen. Just tried to port a business line. It took 4 phone calls, 3 hours on the phone and one slammed add on service and one slammed additional line ato our account that then needed to be removed (from the second rep) to finally complete the port.
Very saddened of the decent
