HR selections

Has anyone heard who got selected to what roles? I am hearing they have 5 or 6 jobs that they cannot fill. We should have been notified by now.

They are still calling around to move people for the sake of movement. Too many frustrated people in their current roles.

It's long past time for the Queen to be dethroned and her joke leadership to be invited to seek pastures new.
But MW will keep them around he drank the woke coolaid and hasn't the bottle to say he was wrong to let HR destroy the technical base of the company to meet their diversity & EXCLUSION quota

Massive inequity in HR that should be addressed ("physician, heal thyself"). Loads of 18-21 (mostly clueless) peons in paper-pushing and form-filling roles (BPs), then a few 25-26's in "leadership" roles. All "led" by Queen RM.

Had the same call. 180-200 was their target. I told them to focus on BPs that lived in Katy.

Bp called me as well. They were looking for HRBPs that had been in role for 5+ years and offering base salary between 180-210 + bonus. I happened to land a great role in transformation so i wasn't interested, but i am sure there are 21-22s that should jump at that offer.

Just relax, we should find out by Friday. They are trying to figure out who they are fine with losing. It really freaked them out when BP is offering 200k+ for Senior Business partners. Outta the p-t and into the fire.

I bet most of those jobs are individual contributer roles posted PSG 22-23 but they want to fill them with 25 capable people.
