Thelayoff.com removes posts with direct data from the CDC. I am convinced the leaders of thelayoff.com are QAnon influenced individuals that leave posts up that question the vaccine but remove all posts that provide scientific data why the vaccine prevents deaths.

They remove curses, insults and off-topics. This is not a playground for pro-vax and anti-vax hard headed kids, it’s an employee forum board. So unless you have something to say about the survey, move on.

They remove those that are clearly misrepresentations of facts. Same as FB. You can believe any stupid thing that comes to mind but when you present as a fact in a public forum it is a problem.

Wilson is part of the Chicago DNC machine, and likely would align to mandates. It would make his decision process easier if required by Biden. And, it appears that the fine per violation is upwards of $700,000 for companies (not individuals) that fail to comply. Biden is forcing companies to do what he can't legally mandate by virtue of the OSHA end around. if true, what choice does TW have? There is always an angle to achieve an outcome, whether illegal or immoral. We'll see how it plays out, but likely exacerbates the current turnover situation.

The competitor I left for is leaving the jab optional, but implementing a small surcharge of $25 per pay on your healthcare premium, if you haven’t received it.

No one wants to go back to a germ riddled office. How many times have we brought home flu bugs to our families because of the filthy ways of our coworkers spreading disease and sc-m throughout the halls and bowels of Allstate. They’re gonna need a full time nurse and cleaning and testing squad before I will ever go back there. They’re gross refrigerators they’re gross potlucks and cafeterias. No way. Covid taught us well. We can’t live like pigs anymore. No dusting behind our desks no deep cleaning if anything. No. Sorry. Will need a whole different approach to EVER go back to an Allstate office.

I told them I would walk if they implemented a mandate. The Biden OSHA rule was a bluff and the job market is too hot right now. I'd have a new job in a week

If lots of people show a high likelihood to leave depending on Allstate's requirements, perhaps their requirements will not be so burdensome.
