Although there are plenty of 'rumored' retirements and the majority opinion is that there will be no huge announcements this time, to give them time to see how many will retire, I still believe the desire is strong to send out at least some of those end of the year "Christm@s wishes" from the top. Dec 15 will be lots of announcements as it is early signing day for CFB. Good luck to your team!!
Craft will receive their usual large check. Management will receive coal and be required to work the holiday. Thanks
Well I'm pretty sure CEO's goals for 2022 have been set, and there fir sure is a headcount number included in those goals. How they get there is the big question.
Upper management undoubtedly has a "magic number" in mind and is waiting to see how many "retirement eligible" employees leave by the end of the year. If that number isn't reached, I wouldn't be surprised to see downsizing announcements in February or March. I've seen it happen too many times in the past.
Happy Holidays from the Stank! Hope you enjoy the pink slip with your egg nog.
Meanwhile, my family will fly the corporate jet to Cali to bask in the beautiful So Cal sun.

" What leadership where did they go? Stankey has been silent longer than I have ever seen"
Agreed, for those that pay attention...this is kind of weird. Nothing since his "hilarious" Halloween video.
Maybe he just genuinely has nothing to say as the stock continues to falter..?

Wow, you're out of touch. If you think any emails with the word "Christmas" are coming from leadership...you haven't been paying much attention.
Doubtful, very doubtful although, wishful thinking at this point! I’m numb from the roller coaster career with T, tired of it and want it to be over once and for all!
