Got an email late Monday basically saying that there was overwhelming demand for accommodation forms, that each would be handled on a case by case basis, and that I did not have to do anything even if I had not heard back from them until after the 1/4/22 deadline.
From the responses on this blog telling everyone to just get the shot already, you'd think there was only a handful left.....yet the reality is much different, they must have literally got many thousands of requests. Wonder if the real deal is they will approve the request for those they really want to keep and/or in areas they can't afford to lose a bunch of people (such as anyone in BEV, A/V, and other high tech areas that are hot at the moment) and deny those that they would get rid of anyway with the involuntary white collar salary reductions that may be coming in 2022? Think they know they can't get rid of all objectors else they would be ki----g themselves - latest JD Power quality results indicate Ford needs all the help they can get, turning away experience technical people for not getting a shot would be just be self defeating.
