Anyone else hear that sams share bonuses are going to end like at Walmart. 😩

We've heard that it's going away and that all positions will receive a 1-2 dollar raise in its place. But it's just a rumor like every other rumor that no one confirm or deny.
Why would they tell us now? If it was true, of course they would not tell a employee, staff is short and they need people around the holidays.. Management would not be able to say the truth one way or another
My club manager told me that his and other manager bonuses will still be active next year. Leads may be keeping their Sam's share but regular associates would be losing theirs.
Were did u get that infor on associates will lose there bonuses and managers will keep theres. It would be something they would do.
FYI. Managers Sam's share incentive bonuses will still be active. Only regular assocs are going to be losing Sam's share.
- Club Mgrs don't always know everything.
- Club Mgrs will claim ignorance sometimes.
- Sometimes they will lie.
- Sometimes you actually know more than them through a rumor that comes true later rather than sooner.
It’s not going away! Stop spreading stupid rumors on stuff you have no idea of. Instead of spreading rumors why don’t you go to your club manager and ask questions. Then you will get the correct information instead of reporting lies….. just a thought
Have to pay for that $15 an hour we are starting everyone at. Plus sales are dropping in alot of clubs as prices start leveling out.
