You should be more worried about the recurring mistakes costing people’s jobs and lives.
I find the recurring ought to "claw back (already paid) compensation" to be so stupid.
As far as I am concerned, the Ratty and the Stinky deserve all the abuse the earned. There is a reason they are #1 and #2 on the CEO Wall of Shame.
But it makes no real difference, as both are laughing to the bank and Vanguard and BlackRock, Toxic T's two biggest shareholders, are too busy with Climate Change to kick out the BoD which rubber stamped both Ratty and Stink and won't claw back ALL their compensation.
