Anyone would care to chime in with a prediction about potential Molina Healthcare layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

well it was kind of weird today. my supervisor showed us how to look for jobs within the company lol
No rumors BUT I predict like every where we will be left short handed with folks leaving for better jobs with better pay better for their family situations and number one better for their over all well being… especially if Molina forces employees back into the office . There are way too many companies offering permanent work from status with higher pay and perks. So why not make the leap to be happy healthy and safe.
