Where are these clubs where you can finish everything in time? Can we trade? We are chronically understaffed and on top of that, half of the people working here are not even trying because they know there's not a chance in he-l anybody is going to fire them right now when we can't get anybody to join. The last six months have been a nightmare. The only silver lining is the recent pay bump I got. If there wasn't for that, I'd be long gone.

If you voted for that id--t in office stop complaining, him and his crooks are paying people to stay home.
We are also understaffed. What makes matters worse is they are slashing hours which only adds to chaos that we suffer through day after day. The front end and membership are a disaster. The line to get out of the club is constantly backed up to the cafe. It is such a joke. But oh my gosh, push those credits, upgrades and scan and go people, while shoving member service down the cr-p ho-e. There is no legendary member service anymore in our club. We just try to get through the day and do our best while mgt. hides. As.holes they are and that goes for home office also. Wake people, you are destroying the values that Mr. Walton intended for us to practice daily.
No idea. We are chronically under staffed as well. They leave as fast as we hire. Hiring events every week. We onboard 3, we lose 2. Smh. Can't blame them.
