The more incompetent pretenders they hire and the more respected they become, the more real talents are forced to leave. These mediocrities ruin the atmosphere, destroy the morale, and act like real predators. Does Cenovus want to become just another mediocre company in the future? It seems to me that it is moving towards that very quickly.

Lol someone doesn’t under what P50 means. Like any of you crybabies are offering up any solid ideas. Maybe you are the ones who are the problem? Look in the mirror.
Well I’m fairness you Cenovus they want to pay at the 50% percentile so what they will be left with is mediocre people. And we all know they have mediocre management, they really proven that. I love how the stock goes up, they make money, then come after their employees bonuses shaving off a few thousand just as a FU to those lower folks. They’re a class act. Our HR are all about as smart as a sack of doorknobs.
A rise to mediocrity would be step in the right direction.
