Rumor going around SoCal garages is that CWA filed an executive-level grievance against the mandate. Is there any truth to this?

Yeah, gonna rid the company of these whiners.

Whiney, whiney. Sniffle, s-b.
Haa-hah!
Look over your shoulder. It's coming. Sooner or later.
Got a medical exemption. Still whining, bud. Still got seniority on you too. Grin.
That date can't come soon enough. Gonna get rid of some serious whiners.
The fifth circuit court of appeals put an injunction on federal mandates for businesses requiring jabs. Company’s can still require it but federal mandates are on hold citing blatant constitutional violations. Stinky can’t blame. Gov any longer as they are no longer required to enforce it. The presstitude media has been awfully quiet about this
CWA did the right thing to support the mandate. Yay!
clearly it's not yet time to air grievances
There goes the first of Abbott's rulings I'm sure it won't be the last as he does not have the power to just introduce whatever he feels like
Judge rules Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's ban on school mask mandates violates federal law
I'm good with the juice. I'm on Stankey's side, I want this ship sunk too. Don't need the chicken sh*t pension and my IRA is through the roof. Doing everything thing I can to add nails to the lid. Love watching dudes with no skills struggling to stay afloat on the debris with us sharks smelling your fear
To the person who would take a severance package- I think many would be willing to take it, and it should have been something CWA put on the table. Maybe they still can, who knows. I would have taken it last year if it wasn’t such a crazy time with all the lockdowns and unknowns.
Doubtful and if they did, it won’t matter.
This is going to SCOTUS and Trumps two picks have already sided with the mandate in two separate cases. They all been paid off, that’s why Trump is even pushing it.
I would file a grievance over the stock price! Way to go Stinkey!
Enjoy your boosters and f*g flags, still here!
CWA filed a super-duper level grievance against the mandate. Fighting hard.
Can't get rid of them fast enough. It will make AT&T a better place.
CWA bargained with the company until they reached impasse. That was as far as they could go. But, they did buy time, until Feb 1. If someone leaves because they are not vaccinated, there is no derogatory information on their files, and they are eligible for rehire. I don't recall, but there may be an ability to take a leave for a while, so this can be strung out further.
Meanwhile, there is a lawsuit against the OSHA mandate. There is supposes to be one against the Federal contractor mandate. That mandate has now been pushed out until January.
When all is said and done, and the dust settles, this might wind up being an AT&T mandate only, as it was when it started.
Doesn't matter how many time I have to repeat and nag, I'm gonna whine my way out.
That's what she said, and early withdrawal too.
What grievance? You gave a choice to get vaccinated or not. Deal with the consequences.

Postal union said no...
I hope and pray that the Stink starts laying off union jobs. Yes, there is a lot of union personnel that are willing to leave if offered a severance package just like management has been offered in the past. I’d be willing to leave early to save a younger union job that still needs to work and support his family for another 20-25 more years! Unfortunately, T executive management refuses to do the obvious! T used to be a great company with exceptional benefits until SBC took the helm.
"Just stop trying to make stuff up. You ain't gonna lie or cheat your way out."
Still here, stud. Whine , whine, boo ~hoo.

Gee, who is going to be left to fill in once the Stink begins his layoffs in 2022?
