Point is Let's Go Allen!, With Allen being ATT. The head of our department and his direct minions got massive retention bonuses with nothing filtering down further than that. All the L3s - L1s said sc--w it and it is bare bones effort. Social Justice at its finest. Running joke is Let's Go Allen! Giving them 4 quality hours per day,
and enjoying your time until layoffs. ATT is simply a paycheck and benefits for the time being. Too many good people are being kicked to the curb and too many bad people are getting fat bonuses.

Well he did hear how you detest ‘hand outs’ it goes against your principles and all….giving a full day’s work and receiving compensation in kind….Retention bonuses probably feels like you’re asking for free money that you didn’t earn.
