My child could have written better code that's in Infor. The whole vacation balance view is downright awful. The whole HR tooling team needs to be fired. For a fortune 10 company, we have tools and apps that are small business like.
It’s shocking such publicly known projects are unsuccessful and there seems to be no accountability of HR leadership.
Quantum, as bad as it is, makes the new Infor time reporting tool look good.
It's unbelievable how horrible it is. I wonder if VP's and execs entered their own time if we would be saddled with such a horrible product.
I can say the new vacation scheduling on hronestop was definitely a downgrade. Wow that thing sucks compared to what they did have.

Quantum is being replaced with Workday. Anyone see a trend....spend money on something and shed it before it shows any positive results.
Bonus is for bringing "world class software" into the company, not improving performance review or make things easier for the working class. Did any of us get a feedback request on how Quantum was roll out? No, none of us did, that should tell you something.
But the VP and Director of HR likely got a bonus!
