Discrimination is discrimination. Why has Honeywell never had such a hard on about mandating MMR, DPT, Polio, Varicella, Hep A, Hep B, and the flu shot? No consistency and no money in it for Honeywell.

Vaccine or not everyone will get covid.
If, and only if, you have an immune system capable enough to learn from the vaccine then you will be better off for taking a vaccine.

Lacking a healthy immune system the only protection is permanent isolation.
Ask Colin Powell.

If you have a compromised immune system please don't return to work.
We can't protect you.
Asking me to wear a mask isn't going to help.
You are putting yourself at mortal risk by leaving the house.

Since the vaccinated have a lower rate of infection than the in-vaccinated, doesn’t it make sense to eliminate the in-vaccinated from the workforce?

Am I missing something? You have the right to accept employment or not, HON has the right to employee you or not.

If Honeywell is not going with Biden's new deadline, it's strong proof (among many proofs) that Honeywell only cares about is money, not a bit about your health. You should be able to see that regardless which side of the fence you're on.
