Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

End of first week back in office

So many empty chairs.
Was told my boss gave notice.

If this is the future it is a very sad and lonely place.

I heard they have started a “Honeywell survivors” group in Tucson.

Minneapolis has lots of empty cubicles. Let's give Honeywell some ideas. I think you guys need to rent out your cubicles. $5 per month.

It's seriously pathetic that you (and the rest of the TDS fools) can't worked half as smart and hard at your jobs and being decent humans as you do at being TDS trolls. The world might actually be a better place.

Hoping for a promotion as people get terminated or leave open spots.

Only one question let me put comments. I lowered all the scores except "reward and recognition" they need to get the message that bots and videos and trivial thank yous don't make up for pillaging and r--p--g their workforce. Honestly I am a little afraid to return due to the culture that has been created.
Anybody model the impact of 401k match changed to once a year?

@1dih - yeah, I did the survey and it was the most honest one I've done.

I gave specific examples. And yes, my manager will know who exactly did the survey. Not worried, actually quite curious if they respect honest feedback.

I personally think the data will be scrubbed.

@bbh how's 'bout you doing some research besides qanon?

Almost all new hospitalizations around the world are unvaccinated or had Russian vac.

Doesn't matter. In about 33 days you won't have to worry about honeywell.

You make your choice. I'll hold on to my rights to make my own decisions

Same in Olathe. Many have taken early retirement and the rest have moved on due to the toxic work environment and the impending vaxx mandates. Seems like working for a smaller family oriented company that is not subject to the mandates, even with less pay, is much preferable to HoneyHell. Dairya$$ and his underlings would sell their own mothers for a few thousand in bonuses and 5 minutes of facetime on CNBC!

Same for me at Sky Harbor on Monday. Only 1 other person on the floor and a couple of managers in their closed offices. A few more yesterday.

But not 1 that I actually interact with.

Same experience in Clearwater. Three days in the office and I spoke to exactly one person... the girl in the window of McDonald's ( no food onsite)

Bringing folks back to the office at this time makes zero sense due to a surge in C19 cases. It is much worse now in our office than it was in the past. Had 5 new cases alone last week…

I wouldn't start handing out cyanide tablets just yet.
There's a hostel of 20 mobil home outside of Lake Charles, La (I-10), that has peoples from Exxon, Dell, Google, etc. living it out.
All engineers. Working together.
Honeywell is welcome here.
BYO.
