I can accept that they need to change my schedule sometimes, however, I can’t accept when it happens constantly. Changing the schedule so often is not normal.
I thought it would stop after a while, but I've been here for almost a year now and the problem is still here. Are others experiencing constant, day to day schedule changes?

That happens a lot of times to make people angry and they hope you quit. Their excuse will be that it is "the needs of the business"! Sams hasn't been hiring people with good values recently...so this is what we get. People call in and someone has to cover or the schedule maker is rather thick in the brain and possibly forgot another associates vaca or off day, or they didnt do ghe schedule correctly to begin with. This is how Sams operates these days and it is totally unfair!
