I just wanted to let everyone know there are other jobs out there with more pay. I’ve been with the company for over 20 years and I’m putting in my two week notice today. I found a job that pays two dollars more an hour and better hours. I see so many who are upset with the company, get out there and start looking they are much better paying jobs.

Awesome for you. The leaders of this company still haven't figured out that they lose so much more than just saving payroll dollars when long term employees quit. Knowledge is king. All the rest is b.s.
