The good ones leave and the horrible ones rise. Like JK. She is the worst hrbp ever. And have you seen her cosmetic work. she looks like a clown
I guess someone didn't get promoted. The scary thing about HR is that they are still talking to recruiters about other jobs. More resignations to come.

To my surprise, I’ve actually had some good HRBPs and HR managers as of the past 5 years. Few and far between. One guy I worked with recently actually seemed to have a heart.

Not surprising. HR tends to be the hardest on it’s own function. Hr for hr has been poor. Workday seems to be a fail. Seems to be leaning on diversity metrics for senior level vs truly strategic, empathetic and results oriented leaders.
Good riddance! I wonder who was the HR mo--n that came up with the id--tic name "Business Partner"? These HR people know nothing about the business that pays their salaries, and even less about partnering with their BU colleagues.
