Management Mandate question

Now that we are in October , are there any managers on this board who will be resigning due to choosing not to take the shot?

I am 59 and I figure if I work a few more years and save that will cover my health benefits once they give me and all the other MR75 eligibles the boot (assumedly near-term). Question, What the heck are all these folks in their mid to late 60's still doing here? I guess everyone has there own financial situation but I am working with folks who have 35 plus years and no plans to retire. Are employees thrown off company health benefits when medicare eligible? If not, maybe that's next.....

@1guj+1d8EaP7N That is BAD advice. You will have plenty of time to pursue that law degree.

Don’t resign - let them fire you or out us on unpaid leave and then in the near future all these companies firing people including att will have to pony up when the lawsuits hit!!!

Here is a nice little tidbit: the company will deny unemployment benefits if they fire you for no vax. They’ve made it company policy to vax or else. The cheapest way to get rid of people. Thank the govt for making this possible, btw. https://www.forbes.com/advisor/personal-finance/vaccine-mandate-unemployment-eligibility/

My accommodation was granted but unreasonable because I'm in a customer facing role.

I dont know of anyone whose medical or religious accommodation was not granted so if any managers leave its probably for one of the other various reasons the company is using to force people out.

I'm leaving beacause ATT is taking away Benefits(Health & Pension) EOY 21 if I dont reritre.. AT Age 57 this will qualify me to withdraw from 401k no penalty & will also make me unemployment pay elgible amongst many other perks due to being forced by ATT to retire.
