Rumors of IBEW 21 re preference in IL & parts of IN? Anyone hear about it? A number of COTs retiring and the ones downstate have left openings where coverage is needed. Rumors claim COs in the city of Chicago are over staffed and head count in state needs to be rebalanced. Rumors are weird as we all know ATT upper management budget wizards are all for laying people off, not keeping people.
