Do you experience animosity from your manager?

Everyone here knows that life is easier if you are a manager's favorite for some reason.
It never mattered to me if I was the manager's favorite because I didn't plan to stay here for a long time, but I noticed that these are never the people who work the hardest.
I would just like to know what I did, besides giving my best, to deserve this great animosity that's coming from my manager...

If this is true at your club, I apologize. However, just curious, do you, either verbally or in action, express that you never planned to stay long? Just asking because that is not a good look at any job and could cause animosity. Granted, animosity from a manager is never ok, but could be part of why. If you think you are safe saying anything to an associate, you are mistaken, everything will be repeated to someone then keep going. It's like a high school in that way.

Click groups, for sure. So brush up on your clicks. You'll need to belong if you are going to survive.

They do have favorites. You will notice these are the ones that always come in late. Call off often but still somehow have zero points. Odd isn't it🤷. I've been there 20 years it's sad how so much has changed. I just go in and collect a paycheck. Very few care anymore.
