Even if we had been cleansed, they'd still cling to that excuse to keep profit sharing at 0%, not promote internally, and to bring in mercenaries from other banks. The VAST majority of people being punished / dragged through the mud at this point had nothing to do with any scandal.

We were #2 on the 2020 top bank fines list. That makes us pretty far from being in the clear.
Realistically the peons who enabled the executive edicts are still around, including those who looked the other way. I’d be suspicious of anyone in reporting. They had to notice.
Eventually some of those peons will become executives and the cycle repeats.
No, we have new ones. Who knows what surprise they will have in store for us and the bank.
