Think again. There are currently three vaccines, and the company hasn’t dictated which one you should get. If you take the Moderna and it messes you up, then you should have taken the Phizer or J&J. Did you consult a doctor first? If not, then you should have and you’re SOL. If you did, then your beef is with the doctor’s recommendation instead of T, and you’re SOL. Either way, whichever shot you decided to take is a decision you made, so T is not liable for any damages as a result of taking the shot. You’re SOL no matter which way you look at it. Take the jab, do a Dab, and stay off the slab.

So reading comprehension isn’t the issue? Nowhere in the title or body of my text does the word “want” appear. You claimed that you initially read it as “wanting to sue”. That is the exact definition of a reading comprehension fail. You read what I wrote and comprehended something different.

OP here, your reading comprehension stinks. I’m not a keyboard warrior saying I want to sue. I vaccinated prior to the mandate. I’m saying that all the folks claiming they will sue T if the vaccine causes them damage won’t have a leg to stand on.

It's about the Bigger Picture. This Mandate goes beyond forcing people to get a Vaccine. If the government can Mandate Vaccinations, they can Mandate that you do other things to your body or affect your health without repercussion.
I'm not going to explain how exactly to do it but you want to put yourself in the position where the company either approves your exemption request or they violate Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act by firing you. Under no circumstances quit. The company is playing with more fire than people realize by doing the mandate.
Are you going to sue if the vaccine choice you took as a child for: tetanus, poilo, mumps/measles, and hepatitis, causes your body damage in the future...

First, the company is more legally protected by mandating the vaccine than not.
Secondly, Stinky will love to watch employees leave on their own. He will worry about backfilling / outsourcing at a much lower cost later.

Sooo, its been burning me to say this... I think you guys that are being mandated should FIGHT THIS! There is strength in numbers!!! pull the company's card!!! THEY CANNOT run the company without all of you banding together and suddenly pushing back and telling them NO!! This is beyond politics... this is YOUR body and no reversal to the consequences!! Its also, no guarantee you would be able to keep your job in the future, on top of the risk of being permanently impaired!! Don't take this laying down, this is a PURE human rights violation!!
