I was told that the starting rate is $15… has anyone here that has taken the spot already make more then $15? We’re you given an additional raise?

$15/hr starting pay. Experience can be factored fo start with more if they worked previously for Sam’s or Walmart or if they stepped down from a higher position. Everyone gets a yearly raise
If u are in any position and the bump up the pay u only get a raise if u make less then what they bumped it to. Been screwed many times.
