What I'm hearing:
- HR can't stay on top of attrition (team members aren't even waiting around for bonuses in early February)
- With the location strategy and RTO, the dinosaurs here are demanding a$$e$ in seats, and only in certain locations, but job candidates are demanding 100% remote and are actually turning down offers, making hiring a time-sink nightmare
- Competitors are embracing 100% remote and are gladly taking in Wells refugees
- There doesn't seem to be enough space in at least some hub locations to accommodate all the "a$$e$ in seats" that upper management wants to see, even with the 3:2 flex seating approach
- Some business processes are already showing signs of strain from the brain drain
Who could have seen this coming?! [eyeroll]
