Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Unionize now!!!

I can see plenty of employees would like to organize a union, to stop the abuses by Mondelez.

It seems people are scared to speak out, and rightly so.

This is how companies like Mondelez keep their employees down, separated, and running scared.

I do not have the answer to how we can push back.

Something has to change.

Mondelez is working the employees to death for peanuts, and getting away with it.

Anyone have any answers or suggestions?

Billions in profits by Mondelez off the blood, sweat, and tears of faithful, invested employees.

What a disgusting employer!

OMG, you're scared we could lose our jobs??? That would be a blessing!!!

I'm tired of being trapped by this company because of my tenure!

I welcome layoffs, firings, change, because it's hard to leave after so many years of working here, even though it sucks ba--s!!!

Please Mondelez, put your cards on the table, show your colors, sh-t on all your employees, and show your stance!!!

as far as fidelity is concerned go through the company.......i never received my first set of paperwork...sent back the second that they politely send me next day mail and got a call a few days later saying i was on record at mondolez as married, even thought i was divorced 10 years before i started the job! they frefused to next day me the third set of documents and are demanding a copy of my divorce from 1996, because i listed my 27 year old son as my beneficiary.
Mondolez says they cant help me because my records are gone even though an hr person told me over the phone that i was never listed as married...so im left wondering who to trust while i wait for the mail again

Don't know how old you are. You need to be 59 and a half I believe to move your pension.

I have to admit that id like to see a union for sales people now if thats even a thing! Id like to see someone come off of some of that profit for the people that earned it, but the bottom line is still for us to leave. I did and i survived.....my biggest issue is that im starting to think i have to get an attorney to get my pension! Any one else have a problem with fidelity?
