I have no issue with my manager, its her manager and above that I have problems with
The global survey is designed to understand if their plan is working. Bad results equals their plan is working

Unless my manager was a real bad manager, not just simply poor in numerous ways, but bad and a big Ahole, I would never rate my boss low. I don't do cheapshots, which these surveys tend to be. While I am at it, my boss does have some weak points, but as far as these surveys go, my boss has no weaknesses at all.
@gbr sounds great, but the math doesn't really work.
Honestly I suggested to shuffle managers working in same project for over 5 years. They stay in the same project as manager for 5/10/15/20/30 years and they don't allow any one to get promotion or grow further. They just block the door.
Also requested for time bond promotions like every 3 years / 5 years, there should be a promotion and move to new project. what do you think guys....
It's one question about senior leadership in relation to the performance management process, then a bunch of questions trying to find out if they can claim your manager isn't an effective performance management manager.
It's obvious they're trying to get employees to throw their own managers under the bus.
In a recent town hall, the head of my LOB admitted that employee satisfaction is “very, very poor” and attrition is high. Gee, I wonder why that could be?
Performance “Management” Survey?
Is that what that is? Based on my most recent experience with the P365, I’m not sure “management” is the appropriate word. I’ve been recognized as a high-performing employee for years and was recognized for it in my P365 - until this year. And that’s the #1 reason I’m currently planning to take my talent elsewhere.

Engaged / Vacant - reminds me of a toilet door.
No idea. They also extended the global survey so its possibly a manauver to help people "feel engaged"
