I quit and resigned. I could not be more relieved to be done with this Circus. It has taken a huge toll on me, the stress, the corporate BS, etc. I have wanted out of here since the asset cap was placed in Jan. 2017 and stayed too long. I made a conscious decision to get out this year and got it done. The nonsense, red tape and bull of this place was going to ki-l me if I didn't leave. Once you quit, the weight will lift and you'll start to sleep better.
This site is merely a symptom of failed leadership, failed human resources and failed employee relations. So many bad managers with no people or leadership skills who are coming in and making things worse, not better. You're just another cog in the wheel of this bus, just like I was.
