Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Imagine thinking Honeywell has your best interest in mind

It's sometimes funny to watch new employees who've been here for a few months, how full of energy they are and how positive they are about the company. They haven't been here long enough to realize that no matter how hard they work and how skilled they are, Honeywell is bound to sc--w them over - sooner rather than later. I don't even try to warn them anymore, I got told off a few times (even if they admitted later I was right) so now I just let them learn on their own.

The future is yours. Every slogan Honeywell come up with has future in it. When you’re laid off. I guess your future will be somewhere else.

I would like to give the company a suggestion. Change the labor laws. So you can pay your employees every six months. Then we standardize the system, and sustain it.

Honeywell is only there to sc--w you. They sc--w their customers, employees, vendors, the government, etc. Rather than run an honest company they instead pay a bunch of HR people and indians to leave nice comments online everywhere.

They should hang a sign above the entry-way.

No one cares at Honeywell. once promoted to an LT position, they just get sucked into Honeywell ways and turn to complete robots with expectations of employees to work 24/7 with nothing in return. Growth is poor and just political. People fight for pay increases regardless of your block number.

I always say new comers have good attitudes, but they’ll learn. At some point in their HON career they’ll ask themselves if their vesting period is worth it. Honeywell has only gone downhill.
