I don't think that's entirely true. There is a fair bit of "cheerleading" going on though. But I think that's to be expected to an extent. The old leadership at various levels wasn't really any good at rallying the troops.
What I find really a bit strange is all the posting on linkedin. Before this who new crop of leaders came it you'd not really see any rah-rah stuff on linkedin. NOw you see all sorts of things from various leaders about "look at what we're doing", "aren't we great!"
I am wondering what the splash even is…
