Does anyone know if L2-L4 management employees are being selectively notified as to whether they are safe from layoff and should not take the med insurance offer prior to 1-1-2022?
Also, I would assume no L4's are going to leave - too much salary on the table that they can NEVER get on the open market. What say you?
People may get told their org isn't "likely" to have layoffs/force mgmt but that could change in a heartbeat. There are no guarantees that staying will ensure and benefits during employment or after so make your choice based on those factors.
Nobody gets any forewarning. You are either part of the C-suite and know you're safe, or you're not, in which case you never know.

You don’t need both 3rd and 4th levels. Essentially 4th levels were spoon fed by 3rd levels!! Most 4th levels are dead weight and serve as buffers to upper management. A whole level can be eliminated!!
L3 and L4 consolidation underway. No need to have both positions in place.

The Stink is sitting back, and will very much enjoy wacking people who were S T U P I D enough not to leave toxic T, and will lay them off promptly once they have no medical to retire early with!
