Charlie loves to share his thoughts as the CEO. But did you notice that he addresses DEI in nearly all of his postings? Even if it has nothing to do with the subject at hand. Yep. CYA with DEI. I hate to break it to you Charlie, but you are a bit more transparent than you think.

If DE&I is forcing the disabled and those with medical needs from goin back to the office, Chuckles is failing.
He seems to think DE&I only involves one group whereas it involves ALL of them by definition.
You have to wonder who his ghost writer is. It is so tone deaf that they aren’t worth what they are paid, whoever they are. Probably some cheap kid right out of school who feeds the ego.

CS is a one note CEO...one note at a time, based on whatever the current scandal us (lately due to his foot always being in his mouth, from DEI to personal lines).
He can't chew gum and walk at the same time. Not up for this job, UNLESS all he was hired to do is sell off the company piece by piece...
