Not very many compensation options for L2-L4 other than base pay and bonus. Perks really happen at L5 ( bump in bonus %, stock options, LTI, Retention payments, $500 car allowance, gas card, executive home services, free internet, free loaded DTV and the list goes one….

L2...BASE WAS 120,000 plus bonus. Got laid off in 2019.
I'm an L2 in cybersecurity. I make 143k base, the midpoint of my payband is 159k.
There are three different steps in L2 titles across many disciplines. When you factor in market zones you can easily see an 80k gap between one L2 midpoint and another in a different step, discipline, and market.
Go look at the compensation plan, L3/L4 bonus percentage is way higher than L2. They collate information from L2 managers and forward emails from higher ups, not exactly a difficult gig for the amount of money on the table.
No one gets stock options. L3 and higher get stock grants. L3 is around 40K per year. Depending on job code, L3 midpoints are usually around $180K.
Your L2 numbers are in the ballpark.

Sounds right to me. I know plenty of L2s making $125K base, plus bonus.
