So what is going on with business line I am working within, WFA? Is the 10 employee rule under one manager applicable to us? People are dropping out around me but it seems random and by their own decision to leave. Kind of creepy….

10 to 1 is the go-forward now to flatten the org. We are reorganizing too into product groups as well in order to focus the teams across all of WIM
WFA was bound to be broken after the crooks ran free a few years ago.
This place is like Kabul. Everyone wants out as fast as fuggin possible. Lol.
I have seen quit a bit of attrition at WFA home office across departments that I interact with and among highly experienced managers as well as lower level ICs. It’s definitely a bit concerning as it has mostly been solid talent and some with deep institutional knowledge. Not to mention, our FAs seem to more dissatisfied than they ever have been in the past.
They mass laid off folks not in a hub. They stated anyone who reports up through Kelly M and not in a hub was to be let go. Granted, they notified most in January with end dates through June/July. Was somewhere around 400 people that I heard about. I imagine they are now experiencing natural attrition.
I haven't heard anything about 10 for WFA yet. For the most part we haven't been experiencing the attrition in the home office like a lot of the bank folks.
No offense Op but you’re not paying attention if you think people are leaving at random. Location strategy, toxicity, lack of opportunity and growth, concerns about job security in the US…. Need I go on?
That’s happening in all lines.
