Can strikes change anything here?

I would prefer the leadership to take more care of the issues that employees face and try to provide them with a more dignified work environment so that employees do not have to draw attention to the problems they face through strikes. I wonder, however, can strikes make any meaningful change here?

There are so many inconsistencies in policies and procedures with management. Hold management accountable first and foremost! What is done for one must be done for all.

could you clarify that statement about no strike contracts and the dc? who is it that signed something? are you talking about drivers or whse workers?
after over 10 years i couldnt swear what i did or didnt sign, but as an ex sales guy i have no memory of anything like that.

One of the problems is they made the dc’s sign no strike contracts so as long as they have something it’s going to market

As a rep I certainly hate to see a strike but this company has put profit above absolutely everything. Glad they are doing it. I understand profit is a driving factor we we have sacrificed everything in name of profit. Nabisco is unquestionably the worst DSD company out there. Supply issues have been terrible lo g before covid. Service has been reduced. Product is consistently damaged due to cost savings on packaging. We all worked through a pandemic to bring record sales to the company and were rewarded with .5 - 1% pay increases. But most of all employee moral is TERRIBLE. All of this seems to be part of the Dirk era but all we here from him is his cute little Dirk Radio. We never hear anything from upper management unless it is in regard to diversity and inclusion. Nabisco needs to get their cr-p together
