Have received two notices in the last week reminding us about the employee referral program. And have had several key players on projects announce they are leaving Wells with 2 weeks notice. Maybe the attrition by "how we run things" scheme is a little too effective.

There was talk of retention bonuses for individuals at certain levels who could check certain DE&I boxes.
Retention of certain groups was a problem. This was when HR was talking about "viewing all staffing decisions through a DE&I lens", and "moving the needle in a more favorable direction". Not that long ago.
Where do I sign up for a retention bonus? So many have quit that the rest of us haven't had time to job hunt. Double and triple workloads for some -- crashing here.
Attrition is a big problem. No way could I recommend WF as an employer.
How is this alleged off-cycle sh-t happening?
"Actually saw some people get pay bumps and retention bonuses this past week to help combat attrition in COO. I don’t think the plan to naturally apply attrition is working for all groups."
Hearing similar things. Wonder if there will be any RTO flexibility for retention? For some it might be more valuable than the money.

Not saying it didn't happen, but I've never seen that happen off cycle.

The catch 22 is that if you want to leave, you can wind up going to a company that is good at hiding their weaknesses such as people abandoning ship and then you're in the same battle all over again.
