Just found out from a friend who works for AT&T in another state that they just got extended on WFH till September of 2022. They are under the union under the CORE contract. I am now wondering if this is gonna apply to all Union workers who have been working from home already regardless of which contract they are under or geographical location. I cant ask anyone tonight in my group because none of our union reps are at work LOL.

Management in AZ has forced all union employees to report to their workplace since day one of this pandemic! They mandated the opposite of what the rest of the company is doing, WFH. None of it made any sense since we’re out on the front lines face-to-face with customers.
No need to get the vax now!
When you’re working from home where is the picket line?
It's pretty simple. If you don't want to comply with it because of "muh fReEdoMs" then go ahead and hit the door and be someone elses liability. Would greatly solve all our problems with dealing with asshats as yourself and reduce the effect of surplus waves. Win Win!
@rsu+1crbOznk Because that would make T legally liable for admitting they purposely and knowingly put the technicians life in danger…
It wouldn’t surprise me in the least. The unions are making a huge deal with this virus. If this thing is this bad then why aren’t the people in the field not getting hazard pay?
@daq+1crbOznk Oh, I see. Forced injection is good. Forced into the office is bad. If you're injected why can't you go to the office then?
This is 💯 true! We received notice from our local union.
Per CWA 3108 Twitter (@CWA3108):
An agreement as been made with AT&T mobility to extend the flexible workplace program (WFH) until September 30th 2022.
First time visiting the site and reading through the various threads. Certainly getting some heavy Qanon and Tinfoil hat vibes. Quite disgusted feeling I may actually work with some of these people.
At any rate, good to hear about decisions being made about extension. Was bound to happen soon since the push for office polling on whom wants to come back into the office abruptly halted a few weeks ago. Once the results came in for breakthrough cases and the lower age groups getting hit harder. Thats all she wrote!
ITS OFFICIAL OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM SO EXCITED!!!
It’s not made up ! I am apart of the district and I don’t want to say it on here right now but the agreement was reached around 8pm this evening . Sept 2022 ! I am soooo happy And THANKFUL! I get to be able to work and not worry about the craziness that is currently going on with mandates . I hope your district reaches the same agreement ! Ours was set to expire the end of September , hence labor and the union being in new talks for another extension due to the Delta variant .
Complete fabrication. (Read: Made Up)
No chance will this happen. Communication and decision making is faster when in person and in office, the company knows this.
